Our most immersive fragrance experience. Guests step into the role of a perfumer — learning formulation basics, blending techniques, and crafting a custom fragrance using both curated blends and individual fragrance notes.
Includes:
• Full fragrance education session
• Access to our curated fragrance library of 8 core luxury-inspired blends
• Fragrance Note Bar with notes like vanilla, oud, vetiver, amber, citrus, and more
• Custom 30ml fragrance creation for each guest

▼ How do I book a Glow Chemistry Fragrance Lab?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Once your deposit is received, your experience is officially reserved on our calendar.
▼ What happens after I submit my deposit?
After your deposit is made, you’ll receive our Scent Experience Details & Agreement — a short form where you’ll provide:
• Event location and venue details
• Event date and start time
• Party theme or vibe (if applicable)
• BYO permissions (if alcohol will be present)
• Guest allergies or sensitivities
• Customization or branding requests
This allows us to properly prepare your experience and tailor it to your event.
▼ How and when do I pay the remaining balance?
Your final invoice is sent 14 days prior to your event date by email with a secure payment link. Your date is fully confirmed once payment is completed.
▼ What if my event is less than 14 days away?
If your event is within 14 days, full payment may be required upfront at the time of booking, depending on availability.
▼ Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another available date if you need to reschedule.
▼ How many guests are included?
Each experience includes up to 10 guests. Additional guests are $35 per person.
▼ What does each guest receive?
Mini Fragrance Lab guests receive a custom 15ml perfume or cologne.
Full Fragrance Lab guests receive a custom 30ml perfume or cologne.
▼ Do you accommodate allergies or sensitivities?
Yes — allergy and sensitivity information is collected in the Scent Experience Details & Agreement so we can make adjustments where possible.
▼ Can I customize the experience?
Yes — custom labels, branding, themed scent selections, and special requests may be available depending on timing and scope.
▼ Do you travel?
Yes — Glow Chemistry is a mobile experience. Travel outside of the Charlotte area may include an additional travel fee.
▼ How long is the experience?
Most experiences last approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on group size and experience type.
▼ What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your event date.
▼ What do I need to provide as the host?
Just a suitable space with tables and access to power if needed. All fragrance materials, tools, setup, and hosting are provided by Glow Chemistry.
▼ Is alcohol allowed during the experience?
That depends on your venue’s policies. If alcohol will be present, please note this in your Scent Experience Details & Agreement.
